I had given my Kia Sonet for 1st service at Kia Thanjavur. I have no complaints about the service which was smooth. but after service, I noticed that the service booklet was not stamped and sealed to evidence 1st service done. several calls have been done to Mr.Vignesh and Ms. Sanghavi at Kia Thanjavur. They promised to send someone to get the service booklet updated. but it has been 2 months now. I have not seen such lousy service from any authorised dealers of reputed car brands before. Kia should pay attention to after sales service also other than selling cars. next time I would think twice before buying a Kia car. such lousy service is a blot on the Kia brand.
