I ordered prawns fried rice from the restaurant called Waka Maka which is a chain of Ghost Kitchen and added 1 portion of chicken momos in add on but the restaurant missed to send me my chicken momos but when i tried connecting to swiggy chat but they didnt help me with this so i connected to the restaurant directly so the manager named Riyaz said you place another order on swiggy so that i will send the missing item along with your new order, but i didnt agree to it and i said anyhow send me my missing item but unfortunately they didnt do that so i also spoke to the restaurant owner but even he said connect swiggy we cant help you now nor swiggy is helping me with this and i am very helpless
