My order is cancelled by KFC and i was charged full amount

I ordered food from KFC in Swiggy. My order was accepted them and after about 20 minutes, they cancelled the order.
Now, swiggy says that they cannot refund me. As the order is cancelled after 1 minute, they charge the complete amount from me. Such a pathetic service by both KFC and Swiggy.
