Non compliance of service call for Home appliance

I have registered for the service of Panasonic AC on 28-3-2024 with JOB card No.R28032421849334. I have paid a sum of Rs 7490/- for the replacement of spares Temp Air Systems with UPI transaction ID 408965878XXX on 29-3-224. The job is not yet done and upon enquiring with Panasonic Customer care No. 08069841333.
Kindly do the needful to resolve the problem.
