My son had booked a packet from Bengaluru vide consignment number V8693357 on Urgent basis, 0n 18/09/2024 which shows as successfully delivered on 19/09/2024 at 8:45 pm. when I called up the customer care the lady told me that it was a fake updation on the dtdc tracking site in terms of “successful delivery” . A company like DTDC is behaving like this.
