I booked the ticket for 25th August from Indore to Rajkot which was scheduled at 11.50 P.M.
It was told by u over telephone that the bus will be late and if I wish I can cancel the ticket .I asked u to cancel the ticket U confirmed that the amount will be refunded within 24 hours.
Till th his time no amount has been refunded.
Why ???
