Ola! Outstation trip,think twice before booking. Ola is a bunch of robots with no human values. They can only book a trip, can not ensure the journey forget about safe journey.
They ditched me on a four day round trip booking from Bareilly to Almora and back to Bareily. Inspired of confirmed booking and providing driver and vehicle details, no one turned up. Numerous attempts to contact them failed. Me a 74 yr lady suffered mental torture and could arrange another vehicle at more than double the cost of Ola booking and loosing half a day.
Tried to contact them but of no use. They say it is driver fault and has nothing to with them . Such unhuman childish response.
So, be careful with OLA.
