I received a completely bad delivery today. I called the number on my app. And the man answered that I had to complain directly online. Hope you will find a solution.
The ice creams were completely melted! The delivery paper bag and some of product were wet with the ice cream.
The cauliflower was not fresh, the packets of rice were dusty! The chocolate bar was wet and open. Last but not least, one product missed
You can find all my returns and I want to be refunded for unusable and unreceived products. Kindly let me know what happen and what I have to do.
