On July 18, I placed an order with order ID 180255953700620 on Swiggy from Punjabi Affair, Hyderabad. However, the order was not delivered to me, and the delivery person did not even call me. Later, I received a message from Swiggy stating that the order had been delivered. When I tried contacting the delivery person, he did not answer the call.
I then contacted support and was advised to write an email. I sent the email within minutes, but I have not received any response yet. I have already written four emails regarding this issue. Today, when I reached out to customer care again, they asked me to write another email, which is very frustrating.
