delivery agent in vikhroli west area has pathetic service. The agent and delivery person call people outside godrej IT park for collecting their parcels sent. The person may be CEO of the company but has to come to gate to collect the parcel.
All other companies and india post deliver parcels at doorstep, only exception is Delhivery which calls people outside to collect. This is going on for years and its high time their agency is terminated and someone new is appointed. The reason cited for not coming inside is that the godrej IT park security does not allow them to come in, but the reality is that the delivery boy does not want to take pains of taking a gate pass and delivering at doorstep. Hope the service improves.
