After investing in branch TVS which always stood for quality products and services , i am shocked as to how they missed out auditing the level of after sales service through their dealers (PRN) , Firstly there are no people to even receive the scooter for service , the person in the front desk directs you to the security guard who is not a staff and the guard is piled up with people and he is doing the entry in a register , staffs are just wandering about , not a single one to attend the customer , no parking place available . the whole experience is disgusting and chaotic……..
looks like the dealers like PRN all set to tarnish the branch called TVS ….
IF tvs cannot service why do the take the pain of selling and ending up in a OLA like situation ???
