Pathetic CROMA product,faulty device and worst service experience

Bought new CROMA Washing machine and after 3 month only, it spins like a leath machine with lots of turbulence and noise. Their technicians (Kuldeep and Ravi ) are so “experienced” that without opening the machine they concluded that the rod below the tub is broken. And CROMA after service is so good that they cannot repair this under warranty. Their manager (Ajit) is also very rude and I am sure croma did not train their managers on “how to talk your customer” So even after multiple calls, we agreed to repair the washing machine by paying Rs 2700 and when technician replaced the old rods we observed that they were not damaged however we still ask them to replace with the new one. Even after repair, again issue reoccurs after 2 days. And they also take the faulty rod by saying that they we will send for the repair. So I am saying if we pay the charges then that old fault rod is also mine. this is my experience That I am sharing with you all. Never buy the croma products. They are worthless. Save ur hard earned money. ear more save money and buy @LG, Samsung and @Whirlpool products
