Pathetic Customer service and no resolutions.

I’ve been waiting for the billing issue to be waived, and each time I contact, the supervisor and customer support team tell me that the problem will be escalated and fixed in 24 hours. This has been more than 11 days, and my payment date is today, the 5th, but the problem hasn’t been fixed. The customer service representative stated that he would escalate even today, but he was unsure of the exact procedure. It’s possible that they were awaiting CEO approval. In addition to the fact that my junction box failed, I don’t have a static IP address; it was disabled in 2023, yet it keeps getting accidentally added to my account each month. I was without wifi from October 27 to November 22. The problem was resolved on November 22, but my request to have the Broadband charges waived for a month is still ongoing, and customer service representatives are continuing to escalate. I’m still waiting and I’m not sure when this issue will be resolved. Airtel is getting worse in resolving issues and making lot of billing errors.. because of which customers are getting mad
