Pathetic service of jio fiber

The worst service from a branded family. Have to keep calling customer care if any service interruption. Mostly the technician assigned for service doesn’t show up. The connectivity issue is never restored within 24 hours of interruption. Those who depend on this wifi service for WFH purposes would be certainly disappointed owe to improper service resolution.
Sometimes, though English is chosen as communication language, a Hindi speaker would attend the call from customer care. Expect customer care, there is no authority contact details to raise a complaint about service person.

Overall a disatisfying and terrible service especially during a disruption of wifi service.
