Dear Mahindra Team, After long period of waiting for write analysis and root cause of problem in my vehicle in early Km and report some very critical problem which impact functionally as KM increasing Problem 1 : Wheel Alignment problem on 1st service within 1500 km and Vehicle Pulling AS WE ALL KNOW VERY WELL BOTH PROBLEM IMACT ON FUNCTIONALLY ON LONG TERM RUNNING BUT DEALER NOT LISTEN AND DOING PROPER ANLYSSIS AND FIND ROOT CAUSE HE SAYS HUMARI ALINGMNET MACHINE OUT OF SERIVCE HAI AND NOT LISTEN MY PROBLEM THIS PROBLEM IMPACT IS FRONT WHEEL WORN OUT HEE IS THE ROOT CAUSE OF AND IMAPCT OF THIS PROBLEM WHIHC IS THE PART OF SERVICE MANAGER (ASHISH) and DEALER ENGINER AND SERVICE TEAM (MIGHTY MAHINDRA ) THIS IS MY UNLUCK MY VOICE IS NOT LISTEN AND IGNORE BY BOTH OF THEM HERE IS IMAPCT AND ANLAYSSI MAJOR ROOT CAUSE OF WHEEL ALIGMENT AND VEHICLE PULLING IMPACT
There could be a few reasons why a vehicle is pulling to one side while driving:
1. Tire Pressure Imbalance – If one or more tires have significantly lower air pressure compared to the others, it can cause the vehicle to pull in that direction. Make sure all tires are properly inflated to the manufacturer’s recommended PSI.
2. Alignment Issues – If the wheels are not properly aligned, it can cause the vehicle to drift or pull to one side. This may require an alignment adjustment by a mechanic.(SAME I FACE IN VEHICLE )
3. Suspension Problems – Worn or damaged suspension components like shocks, struts, or ball joints can affect the vehicle’s stability and cause pulling. This may need inspection and replacement of faulty parts.
4. Uneven Brake Pad Wear – If the brake pads on one side are wearing down faster than the other, it can create a pulling force. Inspect the brake system and replace pads/rotors as needed.(Same problem i face i alarm both dealer and ASHISH IS ABOUT IT ON 1500 Km AGAIN 120000 KM AND THAN 15000 KM BUT THEY DIDNT KNOW THE FACT AND DUE TO IGNORANCE OR LACK OF KNOWALDGE OF PROBLEM SOLOVING AND FIND OUT THE ROOT CAUSE RESULT IN LONG TERM IS MY BOTH BRAKE PADS ARE WORN OUT AND DISC PLATE BEND /FRONT WHEEL START WORN OUT KNOW BOTH DEALER AND SERVCE ENGINEER PUT THE REASON ON MY DRIVING SKILL AND USSAGE DUE THIER UNCAPBILITY AND NOT PROPER ANLAYSSIS )
5. Improper Loading – Uneven weight distribution in the vehicle, such as having heavy items loaded only on one side, can contribute to a pulling sensation.
I’d recommend having a mechanic inspect the vehicle to diagnose the specific cause and make any necessary repairs or adjustments to get the vehicle driving straight again. Let me know if you have any other questions!
SORRY TO SAY THAT THAT OF ANALYSIS AND ROOT CAUSE REQUIRED FROM DEALER AND SERVICE ENGINEER BUT UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS MISSING
Problem 2 :Some possible reasons for black carbon deposits/residue coming from the front wheels could include:
1. Worn or glazed brake pads – Over time, the brake pads can wear down and leave black carbon deposits on the rotors and wheels. This is normal to some degree, but excessive deposits may indicate the pads need replacement.(Same i reported on 1st service and 2nd service )
2. Contaminated brake pads – If the brake pads get contaminated with oil, grease, or other substances, it can cause the pads to produce more black carbon when braking.
3. Warped or damaged brake rotors – If the brake rotors are warped, grooved, or otherwise damaged, it can cause increased pad wear and more black residue.(same i reported on 1st and 2nd serive )
4. Overheating brakes – Frequent heavy braking, such as on long downhill sections, can cause the brakes to overheat and accelerate pad and rotor wear, leading to more black carbon.
This level analysis done by dealer and service manager but unfortunately they didn’t do that rather than they go for fact they finger out on driving skill, and normal in Mahindra vehicle
Dear PLZ AGAIN RELOOK ON REPLY AND RESPONSE OF YOUR IT VERY EASY AND NORMAL TENDENCY OF DEALERS AND SERVICE MANAGER TO MAKE CULPITE CUSTOMER AND HIDE THEIR NEGLIGENCE .
I AM NOT COMPLAINT FIRST TIME FOR SAME PROBLEM I RAISED COMPLIANT ON REGULAR BASES BUT ANLYSSIS PART WAS MISSING EVERY TIME BUT KNOW DEALER GO AS PER RULE AND POLICY . WHAT IS POLICY OF MAHINDRA IF VEHICLE DAMAGED AND CUSTOMER VOICE IGNORED AND CUSTOMER LOSS OF VEHICLE AND PART DAMAGED DUE TO NEGLIGENCE AND INCOMPETENCE OF DEALER AND SERVICE TEAM I NEED COMPLETELY PART REPLACED AND GET NEW AND WARRANTY TO BE CONTINUED I AM SEEKING FOR RESPONSE FROM MAHINDRA from 2022 ??
