According to the Electricity (Regulation) Act, 2003, every electricity distributor has to provide a Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum. So, CESCOM has also CGRF and it takes the electricity complaints if any customer is not satisfied with the final response or the complaint is not resolved within the given time limit by the CESC.

Procedure:

  • Write an application to the CGRF of CESC of your zone.
  • Fill out the following information in the application form:
