Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation Ltd. (CESC, Mysore) is an electricity distribution company with its headquarters in Mysore. CESC is wholly owned by the state government of Karnataka. It was established in 2005 and is a subsidiary of the Karnataka Electricity Board (KEB).

  • Fill out the required information and also select the type of complaint.
  • Submit it and note down the docket number to track the status of the complaint.

According to the Electricity (Regulation) Act, 2003, every electricity distributor has to provide a Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum. So, CESCOM has also CGRF and it takes the electricity complaints if any customer is not satisfied with the final response or the complaint is not resolved within the given time limit by the CESC.

Procedure:

  • Write an application to the CGRF of CESC of your zone.
  • Fill out the following information in the application form:
