problem facing with ease my trip cheating

just want to know the status of Our Flight Ticket from New delhi to Thiruvananthapuram (AirIndia Flight) with annexed details.

Booked Flight is of Tommorrow Evening scheduled at 3:20 pm from New Delhi.

We are facing the problems for resolving of case.

After pending message of Ticket when we call customer care regarding status of tickets then they update for cancellation. when payment done and even after payment and simultaneously at the time of conversation with customer care still site showing again availability of seats with 7700 approx fare.

Why our ticket not confirmed after payment also. if no seat was there then how they accept payment and finalise the transaction.

In this case this portal of Ease my trip cheating the customers.

if no avaliability then no acceptance of payment must be there.

In this, Ease my trip wasting our time and money also.

What loopholes are there on the part of employees or anyother else. please resolve it .

This is my request to both the authorities to consider and resolve it now only. why customer will suffer on the cost of Ease my trip carelessness.

Updation problem is responsibility of portal and site itself not customers.

Please resolve our problem of flight as we need it on urgent basis and now due to ease my trip carelessness no other options left for tommorrow .

without request of cancellation how any one can cancel the tickets with status of pending. payment was not credited till time in account.

problem is y they accept payment if seat was not there and if taken then adjust us.

revert back soon now.
