Received Damaged packet and still not get replacement / refund

I have ordered on swiggy instamart received damaged packet immidiately contact delivery agent to take back in reply told to raise request he can’t take back so immidiately chat with swiggy shared damaged product pic and details also called on customer care for same told to mail .
Mailed also so now they said will take care in future but for now no replacement/ no refund .
If i m facing current issue why not got proper solution of replacement refund??
Very annoying .
