recently made a purchase from Myntra Fashion, buying 5 items worth 3674 after a 10% discount. To my utter disappointment, one of the items arrived in a used condition, covered in stains. immediately requested a replacement, which was approved. However, what followed was downright unacceptable. Myntra Fashion decided to deduct the 10% discount from my refund amount. This is nothing short of a customer service disaster. Why should I, as a customer, be penalized for receiving a faulty, used product? The discount was applied to the entire order, yet Myntra Fashion’s policy seems to unfairly take back the discount when had no control over the situation. This feelslike daylight robbery and exploits the very customers who have trusted Myntra Fashion for quality and service. It’s not just about the money-it’s about the principle of fairness and customer respect. Myntra Fashion’s decision to penalize customers for their own quality issues sets a dangerous precedent.
