Dear Sir, Last 3-4 years we have been experiencing erratic power supply which is causing discomfort and creating challenging situations for the residents. As you are also aware there are a good number of nursing homes and hospitals and schools nearby including commercial offices which face the brunt of this erratic supply. Why does not MSEB find out the root cause of these problems and prepare a plan to eliminate them? is it so difficult?Inconveniencing citizens and creating challenging situations does not abode well for tax paying citizens who are the major people facing this issue…Hope the senior officers take this issue seriously.Regards
