If your electricity complaint is not resolved within the given time limit or unsatisfied with the final resolution of the TPSODL then you have the option to lodge a grievance to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, TPSODL.

  • Download the grievance form of the CGRF forum, TPSODL:
  • After registering a complaint to the Divisional office of level 3 you can lodge a grievance to CGRF.

File a Petition to the Electricity Ombudsman (OERC), Odisha

The Electricity Ombudsman is established under the Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commission (OERC). It takes cases that were not resolved within 30 to 35 days or unsatisfied with the final order of the CGRF Forum of TPSODL.
