Report of Damaged Product During Transit.

This is reporting an issue regarding a shipment handled by your company. The package, sent via your currier service attached snapshot ,arrived in a damaged condition.

The product inside was visibly harmed, I have attached photographs of the damaged product and packaging for your reference.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and an explanation of how such damage occurred during transit.

Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could initiate a resolution process, including compensation for the damages as per your company’s policy.

Both 2 Hot Plate Totally Damage during Transport which cost Rs 55,600+GST
