I am writing to inquire about the status of my headphone repair. I had purchased a headphone from Amazon on July 7, 2024, which unfortunately became defective on July 19, 2024. Consequently, I submitted the headphone for repair at the J M Road HP service center on July 20, 2024. Please find the attached receipt for your reference.
However, as of today, August 12, 2024, I have not received any updates regarding the repair. Despite multiple attempts to contact the service center, I have not been provided with a definite date for when the repair will be completed and the headphone returned to me.
