I ordered food items from Arsalan. Except Egg roll

1 Egg chicken roll filling is rotten in quality when I reached to your support it only promised to refund 210. Why should I going to pay any amount for this?
I need complete refund with proper apology or else I eill raise this issue at FSSAI and consumer forum as well.

I sent this email to Swiggy but they simply ignored by saying that they refunded INR 210 for the purchase. Whereas It’s an utmost security concern to the customer.
