Dear Team ICICI Direct,
Its a deep stupidity from your end that your not bothered to reply properly to the customer complaints when i am raising.
You people just do copy paste of the notes and reply to the customer even without knowing what customer is written and what is the actual complaint raised by the customer
On 12th you people wantedly sold my shares in loss for company PTC industries without given information to me and i suffered a loss of Rs.22000 who will pay the same i need complete explanation and you need to pay a compensation to me for selling my shares without any information.and that to immediately it should get credit to my account.
I need the ip address from where it got placed the request.
Do let me know with proper solution and a convenient reply to me.
