I hope this finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at Hotel Regent Chandigarh, which I booked through your platform.
During my entire stay at the hotel, I encountered significant disturbances that greatly affected my experience. The primary issue was the incessant noise of carpenters drilling, which emanated from a neighboring room. This constant disruption made it impossible for me to enjoy any semblance of peace and quiet in my own room. The noise was not only distracting but also quite distressing, and it significantly impacted my ability to rest and relax during my stay.
Additionally, I was dismayed by the hotel’s inflexibility regarding early check-in. I understand that early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. However, I was shocked to be asked to pay an exorbitant amount of Rs. 1000 for just a one-hour early check-in. I found this demand unreasonable, especially considering the unpleasant circumstances I was already facing with the noise disturbances.
Furthermore, despite my requests, the hotel staff refused to accommodate my request for a room change, which could have potentially alleviated the noise issue. This lack of responsiveness to my concerns only exacerbated my dissatisfaction with the overall experience.
In light of these issues, I would like to request appropriate action from your end. Firstly, I urge you to address the matter with Hotel Regent Chandigarh and ensure that steps are taken to rectify the noise disturbances experienced by guests. Additionally, I kindly request a refund or compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort caused during my stay.
