Swiggy had started delivering hard eaten food boxes and when you try to reach thier support team they say to simply write a email
When you write a email you get automated response that they won’t be able to help and I should take up the issue with restaurant by rating them on app ..what joke after they charge u the delivery cost this is the support they give …pls switch to zomato they are much better
