the worst customer care services VI have no doubt this company will going to fall in some years definitely like i did a call to customer care they answered it telled me to do some procedure like clearing my browser history and all idk how is that even related to a sim card also then he said hang up the call and switch off ur phone and then turn it on ur data will going to work then i did as he told me but obv. nothing happened again i called them they answered my call and said that there is an technical error we can’t help u with ur situation wtf man i just did a top up to resolve my meeting and they are saying we cant help with that then the executive hang the call in the middle of the conversation then i called them again for 3 to 4 times and they are not answering my calls every time
