Unable to Track on Website for Days

I sent some extremely important documents from Kashmir to Delhi through DTDC, and the expected delivery date was September 21, 2024. However, for the past four days, I have been unable to track my parcel due to persistent issues with the DTDC website. The site is constantly down, and despite multiple attempts, there is no way to check the status of my package.

This parcel is crucial as it contains documents related to my visa, and any delay or loss could result in the cancellation of my visa. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of service and transparency. If I do not receive any updates soon, I will be forced to file an FIR regarding this issue with DTDC.
