Unethical cancellation of orders by Swiggy and not Refunding the amount

I have given a food order and prepaid the amount. Swiggy themselves cancelled it and stated that the order cancelled as requested by the customer and the amount forfeited. Immediately raised a complaint through the App and the response was that it is cancelled by the delivery partner as my phone was not reachable. This was a wrong statement as I myself was contacted the delivery partner and I have provided the evidences to customer support team. As requested by them I have raised a complaint through Swiggy support e-mail. Got a response that they will reply with in 24 hours. Not received any response as committed by Swiggy.
