Urgent: Complaint Regarding rusty Part with worst services experience.

Dear TATA Team ,

I hope this message finds you well. My self-Tushar Sonawane and Purchase TATA Punch car from MP Automotors ,Telco road ,Pimpri Chinchwad on dt- 26th July 2024.

Car details are mention below .

I am writing to formally address a significant concern ,we have encountered with the TATA Punch provided by your company and dealer M/S MP Auto.

As a valued distributor M/s MP Automotor’s of your products, we take great pride in representing your brand, but recent issues have impacted our operations and customer satisfaction.

Issue Details:
Model :- TATA Punch accomplish Dazzle Z1.2 CNG S BS6
Fuel :- CNG + Petrol
Vehicle number :- MH-14-LP-8665.
Mfg – 2024.
Chassis number -MAT867007RPF96558.
Distributer Name :- MP Automotor,Bhosari ,Pune

We are not happy to share our experience with mfg /Dealer /Service provided TATA ,India.

• Date of Incident: 26th July 2024.

• Description of Issue: Car was offered for PDI ( Pre delivery Inspection ) on the same day when delivery was communicated . We could not get the sufficient time to go complete inspection and being new user not proper guided for inspection said dealer .
Battery supporting stud found rusty and plate inserted in muffler inlet without finishing and paint. Though it is not affecting on performance, but it is affecting quality of supply is done from TATA group ( India).

Later on concern inform to MP but we are not getting satisfactory answer. He just

• Date of Incident: 19th Aug 2024.

Description of Issue: Car was handed over to Service center person for 1st servicing & also replacement of left side fender panel .

Please note from the date of handing over vehicle to service center not getting any update .Self-visited to take update then we get know they are facing issue in online filing but there is not communication to us.
So i gathered all information and filled online insurance on ICICI web site , Generated request shared to service center to process claim on 26th Aug 24.
Observe there is huge internal communication gap at service center with customer as well . Delay in response to customer.

Does it required 10-15 days for replacement and servicing of vehicle However we just want to inform other mfg are carrying out issue with 3-5 days like Maruti /Honda/ Hundai .
