Urgent Follow-Up on Unresolved Refund Request

Dear All,
I am writing to follow up on my refund request, as I have not yet received the money. To date, I have sent 9 emails (details provided below, along with the timestamps). Each time, I have only received an automated response from supportdesk@goibibo.com stating:
“Dear Customer,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We will review your request and get back to you within the next 72 business hours with an update.”
Additionally, the email address oyohotels@oyorooms.com provided on the bill has bounced back.
Despite my efforts, no resolution has been provided. I also have audio recordings of phone conversations with representatives, where I clearly raised concerns about fraud and misleading practices.
I kindly request that this issue be taken seriously. If no action is taken promptly, I will be forced to explore alternative options to resolve this matter.
