Still no action has been taken by Mahindra team, no call form customer service.
I’m very disappointed with Mahindra or Mahindra’s aid or service.
Fortunately, all of my faith has been betrayed. I purchased the Bolero Neo N10 in 2023 because I trusted the Indian brand and its dependability.

I’ve been receiving complaints about shocking leaks and urea consumption since last year.
Even after multiple visits to the dealership, nothing is being done to address my problem.
My complaint was filed on February 14, 2024, and they added urea at 10 000 km (20 L), 17 000 km (10 L), 21 000 km, and now 23 000 km (with only 5 L of urea left). This explains in clear terms how daily urea consuption is rising and how this puts a strain on users and customers.
Additionally, they only have a 16-liter supply of urea in stock at dealership, so they load the car to the same level, which results in another low urea alarm.
Please double-check the vehicle’s service history at your end and as per customer satisfaction level is low (CRM rating by customer is low).
