I am writing to bring to your urgent attention the ongoing issue of water supply in our block at Madangir F1st. For the past three days, there has been no drinking water supply, and this is not an isolated incident. Every month, the drinking water supply is disrupted for about a week due to various reasons such as cracked water pipes or cleaning processes.
This situation is causing significant inconvenience, forcing us to purchase water from the black market even for basic needs like using the toilet.
We urgently request that you provide a permanent solution to prevent these frequent disruptions. If a permanent fix is not feasible at the moment, we seek your guidance on any temporary workarounds.
Could you please inform us about the expected timeline for resolving this issue?
