Worst experience ever had with such big brand disaster, biggest mistake of buying the LG product ever

I have recently bought an LG tv which is 55 inch on flipkart.com application, when I received the product it was good there were no damages found on the screen, next day demo installation team had come to install the TV from Kurnool branch, the installation person did something to during installing the TV to the wall, later he said there is some issue you have received the damaged product which will replaced by flipkart. Blindly we have trusted the Technician thinking some internal issue because the technician only showed us the issue in less time and he immediately unscrewed the product from wall and packed the TV back to packaging box. Later after serval call with Flipkart.com we got LG service customer care contact, after serval calls to LG service, they have arranged second Technician , the second technician cleared told if the product had damage then technician should not fix TV on the wall (the damage is clearly seen on the first day he dint show actually damaged as I mention he manipulated us). So even Techinician 2 clearly said something happened during installation. So later till date im trying to get my issue resolved none of the are responding, I have reached LG service L1 support team, then I have reached the supervisors then I have reached the Floor Manager then I have reached ASM and a BSM as but still there is no proper response.
I complaint date is on 27th October 2024 and today the date is 15th November 2024 still there is is no progress from LG nor Flipkart team.
