I am running five restaurants in Villupuram city. Three of these have Zomato delivery points. I recently changed the menu for the hotels and provided the updated menu to the manager, but he did not adjust the prices accordingly. As a result, I disabled my Zomato app for five days.
Additionally, I am facing an issue with another hotel where the weekly payout has not been credited to my account. I have mentioned this complaint to the manager, but no action has been taken.
I would appreciate your prompt response to these issues. If I do not receive a response, I may have to withdraw all my restaurants from Zomato.
