Every person who resides or belongs to the NCT of Delhi may lodge a grievance about the issues, unethical practices (corruption), and public services (citizen or services) to the concerned Public Grievance Commission of GNCT of Delhi.
If you are a customer of Tata Power DDL and facing any issues with the electricity services like no power supply, billing issues, meter, and other miscellaneous problems then you can register an electricity complaint at the toll-free customer care number or e-mail your concerns. You may also file an online complaint on the portal of TP DDL.
The toll-free helpline numbers, e-mail, and online portals/mobile apps are some digital and instant complaining mediums which can be used to get faster redressal of the issues. You may also write an application to the regional office of the MCD.
If you are residing in New Delhi and the area comes under the jurisdiction of the NDMC, you can register a complaint about these services on the helplines like toll-free helpline number, online portal, at the local municipality office of NDMC, or any other means.
You can use the toll-free customer care numbers, e-mail and WhatsApp number of the BYPL to register an electricity complaint. Customers can also use the online portal and mobile app to lodge an online complaint to get faster redressal of the issue.
If there is any electrical emergency or issue of power interruption, streetlight problems, or failure of any service line or instrument then the toll-free helpline numbers and other available support options can be used by the BRPL customers.
