After Sales service is worthless & pathetic with no one to attend customer problems..!

As per Voltas company standards, it will take 48 hrs by the company to install an Air conditioner after delivery and booking request at customer care. I received the AC on 01.05.24 and same day updated the Customer care for the installation (Request No- 24050142031) and on 02.05.24, the CC has provided me with the Engineer number (Jyotirmoy- XXXXXXX848) and the ASC number (S R International, Mob: XXXXXXX6163, XXXXXXX051) but today, I will complete 5 days (120 hours) but neither the engineer nor the ASC company is receiving my calls or calling back.

Such a pathetic after-sales service from such a brand is not expected. A technician/ the service company should at least receive calls and talk if a customer is calling since 3 days. don’t the people have records. This is totally against the basic working ethics and professionalism. I request the company to please take strict actions the people and as a customer provide me the update or tracker as in what actions the company has taken to resolve my issue.

I have a 1 yr old daughter because of which I purchased this AC, as the weather is extremely hot and my daughter is unable to sleep. But if I could have known that this is the status of the after sales service where the technician will pick calls as he wishes then 1000% I would have never decided to purchase the Tata Air conditioner and should have gone for other brands such as Samsung, Whirlpool, Godrej etc at least they abide by their commitments.

Since 3 days, I have been talking to the customer care (Mob: XXXXXXX484) but they are also playing with the sentiments of the customer and humiliating me, and promising me that today the installation will be done but again no calls nothing. They put me on hold telling that they will escalate and transfer the call to the senior but keeping me hold for 10-15 mins they disconnect my calls.

Is there anyone to response to my grievance and solve my problem????
