Casette AC spoiled with in 6 months of pruchase

I’m writing to tell you how disappointed I am about the LG cassette AC we bought six months ago. It stopped working a month ago, and the installation team’s response hasn’t been helpful. Even the LG customer care technicians have been terrible. So, I’m asking you to take back the AC and give us a full refund, including the installation charges.
