CASUAL ATTITUDE OF STAFF AND SENIORS AT SERVICE STATION AT HARIDWAR ROAD NEAR EICHER MOTOR KUANWALA DEHRADUN

Dear Sir/Madam ,I (Rajendra Ghai ) am 73 year senior citizen owner of tata Nexon car since 2024 Car registration no. UK07FC1523..Every time my car is serviced by your service center referred above I have a complaint and it is not resolved and due to certain engagement I land up not complaining .But today I am forced to do so. The horn of My Nexon car is giving me trouble for the last six days, that is, the horn does not work in the morning till at about 7AM and at about 8AM it starts working mildly and after 9AM it works perfectly. I complaint on the 28th May 2025 to the said service center that my horn does not work and if they could sent a mechanic to see the horn, they told me to bring the car to the workshop, in response I said it is risky to drive the car till your workshop without horn .A senior incharge informed they will send the mechanic next day. The next day (29/04/24 ) the incharge informed me that mechanic cannot be send and you have to bring the car to the workshop. I asked him if I can speak to the person who said no. I spoke to one Mr. Bhist and I explained to him that I cant bring the car to the workshop as I am if the horn does not work I will land up in an accident so he agreed to send a machanic. The machine came on 30 April 24 and checked the horn and said something was loose and he had tightened it .On 1st morning at 0530AM when started the car and was going out I tried the horn it was not working and it started working when I checked it at 8 AM. I again complain to the service center, they said You have to bring the car to the workshop I said ok please arrange for pickup as I don’t want to take a risk, I was informed the pickup would be a paid one as it is for repair I agreed and I was informed that pickup is booked for 2nd May 24 at 1030AM.But today till now the pickup driver has not come till 1130 AM and it is real harassment to the customer. Tata is a renowned company and the staff at its service station could not be so irresponsible to let the customer feel so helpless. Grateful if the supervisor of the said service center is directed to take immediate action to resolve my problem. Thanks and regards.
