Steps to a File Petition to Electricity Ombudsman, BERC, Bihar Against the CGRF, NBPDCL

The Electricity Ombudsman is the apex authority under Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (BERC) where you can file your last petition against CGRF, NBPDCL. Customers of the NBPDCL can file a petition against the final decision of the Electricity Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF), NBPDCL or the issue is not resolved within the given time.

Ombudsman Office accepts the petitions of the NBPDCL customers under the Electricity (Regulation) Act, 2003 against the issues of the electricity services of NBPDCL. Its decision is final and you can not challenge its decision in any forum or court (If applicable). Customers and Licensee will have to accept the final decision of the Electricity Ombudsman.
