I have purchased a car on last year, model Baleno 2023 model from Sai Service- Kaipamanglam, Thrissur district (Kerala). The vehicle details are are given below:

A couple of days ago, the central lock system was was totally damaged, and when I approached the service center, they simply said, the lock is not available we need to order it from Poonai, now it is almost 10 days and the part not reached here and saying the same story that we are not sure when it will reached. I have purchased the car with a trust of the brand but this is not a simple complaint such a reputed brand within a year central lock gone, that means you are not maintaining the quality of what you have offered. I am not trusting the brand anymore, and I feel fear if something will happen to the car in major. I am travelling with my family and I have to look their safety. I requesting you to take back the car and give the right compensation. If you do not respond quickly, then I will report a case in consumer court with all this evidence.
