I have purchased 2 Honey Touch folding bed. 1 Single bed and 1 Double bed. Due to some build quality issue, I have returned the product to the seller and this was a pickup return to the seller . I have returned product via DTDC courier and It has been successfully delivered to the seller on 20th April 2024 , Its already more than 1 month completed . I am sharing the tracking details below . Please provide the resolution as soon as possible . Other wise I will do file complaint/FIR on amazon legally by having my Advocate. Whenever I used to call to the customer care executive, Every time they are telling like we have requested to seller regarding refund even once I have shared all the tracking receipt and payment screenshot regarding the product and courier charge same thing they are asking again and again , Unnecessary they are putting me on trouble and mental issue . Today I have also called to customer care same thing they are asking again . I got very frustrated next time I will not call to amazon customer care . I will directly file complaint legally . If you do not initiate my refund .
