I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unprofessional behavior of a staff member at the Madhepur branch of State Bank of India, located at Madhepura, Madhubani Bihar, during my each visit for either new account opening, Mobile number Update, RTGS/NEFT.
During my interaction with assistant branch manager and help assistant. I was extremely disappointed by their rush behavior and lack of professionalism. Instead of providing clear assistance with my banking request, the staff member seemed disinterested and dismissive, rushing through the process without offering any proper explanations or customer service. Despite my attempts to communicate my needs, the staff member did not take the time to address my concerns thoroughly, leading to confusion and frustration.
As a long-standing customer of SBI, I expect a higher standard of service and professionalism from the staff. The behavior I encountered is not only disappointing but also concerning, as it negatively impacts the overall customer experience and SBI’s reputation for excellent service.
I kindly request that this matter be looked into promptly and that appropriate action be taken to address the staff member’s conduct. I trust that SBI’s commitment to customer satisfaction will be reflected in the handling of this complaint.
