I have a 1.5 ton Voltas Split Ac (out of warranty) installed in West Delhi (Punjabi Bagh, Delhi 110026). I had made a complaint on 18.06.2024 and till 21.06.2024 no one had visited. Since 18.06.2024 I have been calling the service centre, who either do not accept the call or dilly dally.
It is common knowledge the purpose of AC is in summers, and it is during summers that one would need the service Centre. Why shouldn’t you have an adequate service centre or ensure that service centre has enough technicians to deal with the complaints they receive.
What is the point of buying Voltas AC if one has to wait for days altogether in peak summer season and the technician has not even visited from 18.6.2024 to 21.6.2024, and it is not even known whether the Technician will be able to rectify the defect or not.
