I purchased a Tata Punch Adventure AMT model on 17th Jan 2024 whereas I made full payment on 11th Jan to TMB Motors Lucknow. It’s been more than 3 months and till now I haven’t received any type of information on RC and whenever I call them I just get lame excuses. Even I had a discussion with their GM Tanveer and most of the time his phone number was switched off.
Kindly let me know when I can expect the R.C of my vehicle or if I need to escalate this matter further to the consumer forum
