I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of Surf Excel Matic powder that I recently purchased for use in my Samsung top-load washing machine. My name is Sachin Shinde, and I have been a regular user of your products. However, this time I encountered a serious issue.
When I added the Surf Excel Matic powder to the washing machine’s detergent container, I noticed that the powder clumped together and turned into a solid stone-like substance. This is causing problems in my washing process, as the detergent is not dissolving properly, leading to ineffective cleaning.
I previously used Ariel Matic powder, which worked perfectly without any such issues. I expected a similar level of quality from Surf Excel Matic, but unfortunately, this was not the case. Please see the attached image showing how the powder has clumped.
I kindly request you to address this issue and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of the powder. I look forward to a prompt resolution of this matter.
