I, Yogendra Singh Nain, resident of I-71, Pallavpuram phase-1, Meerut, applied for a new PNG connection and a BP No. 3000026599 was issued in my favour. I made a payment of Rs.4500/- vide cheque no. 098034 dated 20-09-2024. No other formality was advised to be fulfilled by me. Till date, no connection has been provided to me.

Since, I built a new house at the above-mentioned address and recently shifted, I am in urgent need of a PNG connection immediately. Please check & revert accordingly. Regards!
