I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you about the ongoing harassment and threats I am facing from my husband’s elder brother and father. They have been pressuring me to leave my house with my minor daughters, and the situation has escalated to a point where I fear for our safety.
My father-in-law, Arun Mohan Bansal, and my husband’s brother, Varun Bansal, Most of the time they came to my house behaved inappropriately, used abusive language, and even threatened to harm me and my children if we do not leave. Despite my husband lodging a complaint with the police but false allegations have been made against him, and now I am also being unjustly targeted by Morena police and SDM, Who, without knowing the reason, has given orders to the Morena police to evict me from my house along with my two minor children. wherein last date is 25-05-2024. While my husband has replied to the show cause notice from the SDM office with all the evidence, the SDM has clearly denied in his order that he has not received any reply from my husband. All these wrong instructions are being given with the support of my husband’s brother, one Rajeev Jain, who is on the post of collector. Whereas our case is going on in the civil court in which Varun and my father-in-law are not present. I want to request the Prime Minister to provide me help as soon as possible.
I am reaching out for help as I feel very alone and scared for the safety of myself and my daughters. The police seem to be supporting my husband’s brother, who is an influential individual. With each passing day, the situation is becoming more threatening.
