I am not receiving SMS for payment done for ICICI credit card bill. This issue is pending with the helpdesk till since 22-Jan-2025. Issue not yet resolved and the team has stopped responding to my follow up emails. Subject line of the email is 0011YaKRN9XDEQ20:Re Re Re Re Not receiving SMS for transactions.
I tried to escalate this matter through escalation link, but the site was going in error and thus my issue remains unresolved. As a result, I am not able to make payment of my ICICI credit card dues.
Customer service team is simply ignoring my problem. Not responding or resolving my issue.
